The staff is very rude. The lady making my sandwich kept her conversation going with the "employee" (I use quotes because he wasn't in uniform) behind me. When I asked a question she looked at me as if I was bothering her. Never made eye contact with me or even said thank you. Just "here". Very sad that this is what society has come too. I won't be back because they made me feel unwelcome.

Absolutely the worst experience at this subways. I came in at 8:43PM. I asked for my sub and the employee said, "I can make it for you but I'm about to close, so I can't toast it" I was appalled, and speechless... I even confirmed with her/him, "are you saying I will need to eat it cold?!" The employee said , yes that's right ma'am " Wow!! This is seriously the worse customer service I have ever had . What kind of customer service is this!? Please Managers your employees are LAZY and do not know what customer service means.

LAZY!!!!! Went in at 8:45 to the employee playing on his phone. When I went to order he told me they were closed???? Sign says 9. That's when y'all close. Not 8:45. BS. Completely pissed off.
